On October 14, American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs found himself embroiled in fresh legal troubles as six new lawsuits emerged,
alleging sexual harassment, with one of the victims being a minor.
These cases were anonymously filed in the Federal Court of New York,
just a month after Diddy was arrested and charged with serious crimes including sex trafficking and extortion.
Among the plaintiffs is a man who claims that Diddy groped him during a party at the rapper’s Hamptons mansion in 1998, when the plaintiff was only 16 years old. Diddy’s attorney has yet to comment on this latest development. The acclaimed rapper has vehemently denied the allegations presented in both the civil and criminal cases against him.
In September, Diddy was arrested on three felony counts, including conspiracy to commit extortion, sex trafficking, and prostitution. On October 10, a judge denied Diddy’s bail request and scheduled a trial date for May 5, 2025.
The new lawsuits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who stated that he represents 120 individuals accusing Diddy of abusive behavior. Buzbee’s law firm, based in Houston, Texas, has announced plans to file additional lawsuits against Diddy in the coming weeks.
